Delivery and Disposal

  • Contact our epitex staff to confirm eligibility and arrange for disposal
60 night trial + 12 year warranty
  • If you decide that the mattress is not for you after 3 weeks, you can arrange for a return within the trial period of 60 days.
  • If there is something wrong with your mattress, we'll replace it for up to 12 years, starting from the date of original purchase. Contact cs@epitexhome.com to arrange
