Effective Date: 1 July 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Epitex Membership Programme ("Programme") operated by Epitex International Pte Ltd and its affiliated brands, including SleepTec. By signing up for or using the Programme, you ("Member", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Membership Eligibility & Account Registration
1.1 The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 and above with a valid Singapore mailing address and email address.
1.2 Only one membership is allowed per individual. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without prior notice.
1.3 Epitex reserves the right to reject or terminate any membership at its sole discretion at any time, including but not limited to cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misconduct.
2. Earning Points
2.1 Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent at all Epitex and SleepTec retail outlets and atrium sales.
2.2 Points will not be earned from purchases of clearance items.
2.3 Points will be awarded based on the nett amount spent after the application of discounts, vouchers, or other promotional reductions, excluding GST.
3. Redeeming Points
3.1 Points may be redeemed in-store in denominations of 100 points = $1 off the final bill.
3.2 Redemption of points can only be made at Epitex and SleepTec retail outlets and atrium sales.
3.3 Points earned from a transaction can only be redeemed in a subsequent transaction. Redemption on the same day is permitted only in a separate, new transaction.
3.4 Redeemed points are non-refundable and non-transferable. Where points were redeemed for the purchase of product(s)(in full or in part), such redeemed points will not be refunded should the product(s) be returned in accordance with our refund policy.
3.5 Points may not be redeemed against purchases of clearance items.
4. Transitional Arrangements For Existing Members
4.1 Members with existing physical or digital vouchers will receive a one-time replacement in the form of a cash voucher of equivalent value (e.g. a $30 VIP voucher will be replaced with a $30 cash voucher).
4.2 Replacement vouchers will expire on 31 August 2025. Unused vouchers will not be extended beyond this date.
4.3 Stamp-based rewards from previous systems will not be compensated.
4.4 Points earned from transactions made between 1 November 2024 and 30 June 2025 under prior systems will be reimbursed into the new Programme account, based on verified transaction data and applicable policies.
5. Points Validity and Expiry
5.1 Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
5.2 Expired points will be automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
5.3 No compensation will be given for expired, or unredeemed points.
6. Non-Transferability and Use Restrictions
6.1 Membership, points, and vouchers are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may only be used by the registered member.
6.2 Epitex reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or reverse points or vouchers awarded in error or derived from fraudulent activity.
7. Changes to the Programme
7.1 Epitex reserves the right to amend or terminate the Programme, including its mechanics, benefits, point structure, and terms, at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Where possible, members will be notified of significant changes via email or public announcements. Continued participation in the Programme after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Personal Data Protection
8.1 By registering for the Programme, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data (including your email address and transaction history) for purposes related to Programme administration, marketing, and analytics, in accordance with the Epitex Privacy Policy.
8.2 Your data will not be sold to third parties. You may update your preferences or withdraw your consent by contacting us at contact@epitexhome.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Epitex shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from any delay, failure, or inability to perform obligations under the Programme due to circumstances beyond its control.
9.2 Epitex does not warrant that Programme services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Points or rewards mistakenly credited may be adjusted or removed without liability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
